cost plus 10%. Financing is available at prime plus 2% with 25% down. No
additional payments are due until construction is completed. The cost of home
design and construction will vary, but may range from
$200-$300+ per square foot, depending on the chosen features, finishes,
fixtures and appliances, and the overall complexity of your custom design. HOA fee is estimated at ~$100/mo. Examples of home
